  • The Urgent Care Technician supports both Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine by performing clerical and clinical duties, ensuring smooth operations and quality patient care as a vital member of the Care Now service line.
  • Accurately collects and updates patient’s demographic and insurance information, completes the registration process, assesses patient acuity, escorts patients to exam rooms, and prepares the patient and room.
  • Assists nursing staff and Providers to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all patients.
