The Urgent Care Technician supports both Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine by performing clerical and clinical duties, ensuring smooth operations and quality patient care as a vital member of the Care Now service line.
Accurately collects and updates patient’s demographic and insurance information, completes the registration process, assesses patient acuity, escorts patients to exam rooms, and prepares the patient and room.
Assists nursing staff and Providers to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all patients.
