Job Summary

  • The Lead DevOps Engineer plays a critical role in the company’s software development lifecycle by leading a team of DevOps engineers to develop and maintain platforms, tools, processes, and services that are critical to the success of R&D and infrastructure teams for the CareLogic platform.
  • As a lead engineer, you will work both in a hands-on capacity and as a leader to guide the team in researching, designing, implementing, and deploying new technologies that support our platform and development tools with the goal of enabling teams to deliver high quality changes to users quickly, safely, and reliably.
  • Our DevOps team will encourage and promote industry best practices for software development and delivery, establish and promote a continuous improvement mindset, and facilitate the shifting left of code integration, security scanning, application testing, and operations team involvement in software delivery.
