The Dispatcher provides timely response of customer inquiries and dispatches vehicles on a pre-set route for each driver daily in the interest of efficient customer service.
Essential duties include assisting customer service, monitoring and escalating cases, assisting drivers with issues, reviewing driver paperwork, and updating/balancing routes.
