Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as following facility procedures for medication handling and resident self-administration.
The position requires participation in quality assurance programs and continuing education to maintain certification and stay abreast of changes in the profession.
