Assist in the preparation, production, duties and responsibilities of your Culinary Section as assigned by the Executive Chef.
Carry out and ensure the preparation of your section under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie, keeping your workstation clean and tidy at all times.
