Job Summary

  • Assist in the preparation, production, duties and responsibilities of your Culinary Section as assigned by the Executive Chef.
  • Carry out and ensure the preparation of your section under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie, keeping your workstation clean and tidy at all times.
