  • This senior role is responsible for originating and executing equity financing transactions across the healthcare sector, delivering strategic capital markets advice to corporate clients, and deepening relationships with institutional investors.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior bankers; set execution standards across modeling, materials, diligence support, and client communications.

  • private placements preferred
