Job Summary
Lead the complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover, preparing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors, managing client communication and ensuring expectations are met consistently.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, drawings, RFI logs, and contractor bills, reporting progress to senior leadership with actionable insights.
