Job Summary
Functions as the hemodialysis team leader in the provision of chronic hemodialysis care and treatment, providing day to day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff.
Provides safe, effective delivery of patient care in compliance with standards outlined in the facility procedure manual, as well as regulations set forth by the company, state, and federal agencies.
Assesses daily patient care needs and develops and distributes patient care assignments appropriately, assuming primary responsibility in an emergency situation.

Key Requirements
Minimum 9 months nursing experience
Additional 3 months dialysis clinical experience
RN charge nurses: 1 year clinical, 6 months dialysis
Graduate of accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)
Current appropriate state licensure
Successfully complete hemodialysis training course
