10+ years experience as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher
8+ years synthesizing user input from multiple sources
5+ years managing experiences in Benefits, Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking
5+ years experience in a team leadership role
5+ years experience with Workday product capabilities
