Four (4) years of equivalent related military experience may be substituted for the Bachelor degree
Master of Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Fully proficient knowledge of operating system fundamentals and internals
Fully proficient knowledge in low-level programming of device drivers
Experience in Reverse Engineering tools
12+ Years of experience in three (3) or more of the following: System Requirements Analysis, Software System Design, Software System Development, Software System Integration, Software System Testing
