Must-have

  • 8-10 years hands-on IT support experience
  • Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 proficiency
  • ServiceNow ticketing system usage
  • TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS networking knowledge
  • Active Directory user management skills
  • Physical data center rack and stack tasks

Nice-to-have

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • ITIL or Microsoft certification preferred
  • Experience with video conferencing systems
