Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Mechanical systems design for data centres
  • HVAC system design and optimization
  • MEP system implementation and commissioning
  • Fluent Japanese and English communication
  • Project management for infrastructure fit-out
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Nice-to-have

  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient design principles
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years mechanical engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
  • Valid working status in Japan
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
