The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include using PCC for resident information, reporting changes in condition, recording entries, and performing direct resident care tasks.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their hygiene, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
