Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years prior experience with TPAs
Knowledge of state regulatory requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel advanced formulas
Experience with Department of Insurance inquiries
Ability to influence complex regulatory issues
Nice-to-have
Understanding of quality controls and risk management
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Experience supporting corrective action plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum 5 years experience with TPAs in NAM regulatory space
