AIG Canada is seeking a Casualty Analyst III to manage commercial casualty claims, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and providing direction to legal and claims professionals. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in French and English, possess significant experience in handling casualty claims, and hold a valid AMF license
Job Summary
The Casualty Analyst III is responsible for handling various types of mainstream commercial casualty claims including slip and falls, product liability and other general liability claims and must operate in accordance within all operational/Best Practices guidelines.
This would include determining coverage, drafting reservation of rights and denial letters, attendance at mediation / settlement conference and instructing independent adjusters and attorneys in the negotiation and settlement of claims.
