Job Summary

• The Senior Director will direct a global team across multiple regions/sites, and is accountable for the execution, and driving ‘best-in-class’ capabilities, in IBP (Integrated Business Planning), inventory management, supply and production planning for the J&J Vision, Vision Care business.
• This role is fully accountable for all planning metrics, reports and processes and provides management oversight for, and operates at, the most senior level of Vision Care.
• Responsible for developing teams and leaders to drive next level capabilities, improve supply chain effectiveness, drive performance, through process excellence, digital solutions, coaching and, benchmark leveraging.
