The Director, Commercial Acquisitions is responsible for quarterbacking land acquisition opportunities across partner teams—coordinating cross-functional inputs and preparing executive-ready, actionable materials that advance opportunities through the acquisition approval process and secure required approvals.
The Commercial Team directs the full lifecycle of Vantage’s assets—from initial evaluation through long‑term performance—serving as the central owner of strategy, pricing, and commercial decision‑making.

Salary
Base: $195,000 - 215,000; Bonus: Bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k match, paid time off
