Must-have
Manage and maintain HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors

Troubleshoot system issues and manage incidents timely
Nice-to-have
Experience in chemical industrial or manufacturing sector

Fluency in additional languages beyond English
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Information Systems or related fields
Solid experience in HRIS roles preferably in multinational environments
Strong knowledge of Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM or similar systems
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting BI tools like Power BI
Fluent English required with additional languages being a plus
