Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
6 plus years of HR advisor experience
Experience with multi-site and multi-state HR support
Recruiting and staffing experience
Experience planning, facilitating, and conducting training
Knowledge and application of employment laws
Knowledge and application of employee relation issues
