Key Requirements
High School diploma/GED
Five (5) years of maintenance experience
Valid AR driver’s license with fewer than 12 points
Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of project management or office coordination
Six (6) to ten (10) years of landscaping and grounds keeping experience
Additional five (5) years in a supervisory capacity
