The role will be based in Auckland, New Zealand though we may consider candidates from Wellington, supporting Apex’s compliance function in New Zealand.
Support, implement, maintain, and monitor adherence with Apex’s compliance framework, programme and policies including without limitation, AML, data protection, ethics, conflict of interest etc. for the Apex New Zealand businesses and operations.

Key Requirements
2-3 years' solid compliance experience

Regulatory environment knowledge for retail investment product providers (highly desirable)
Working knowledge of compliance in other jurisdictions (added advantage)
