Job Summary

• The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the clinical department, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical care systems and for client health outcomes attributable to clinical practice.
• Leads all aspects of the counseling/social work programs including Psychosocial Assessments, conducting groups, facilitating family therapies, and developing, implementing, and reviewing Treatment Plans.

• Master’s Degree in clinical, psychology or social service
• Five or more years in addiction treatment
• Two or more years supervisory/management experience
