Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving, while ensuring a calm and positive environment on the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Ability to create a warm and positive atmosphere
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Strong communication skills for inter-departmental cooperation
Willingness to assist with emergency evacuations
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant credential
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations
