Tallahassee Community College is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled maintenance, repair, and alteration tasks in various systems, ensuring efficient campus operations. Job Summary

  • This position performs skilled work in the maintenance, alteration and repair of buildings, furnishings, and equipment, including carpentry and masonry, as well as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and electronics systems, to ensure efficient campus operation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency diploma and four (4) years of experience in at least three of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, electronics, carpentry/masonry, AutoCAD or equivalent.
