Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in natural or physical science
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years with advanced degree
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple staff and teams
  • Firm understanding of restoration, mitigation, monitoring, permitting
  • Experience assigning staff and balancing workloads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution and collaboration skills
