Job Summary
The OU Category Head, Oral Health ISC is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end category leadership of Haleon’s largest and most strategically critical category in the India Subcontinent (ISC).
This role leads the end‑to‑end Oral Health portfolio, integrating brand, expert and digital teams within Haleon’s category‑led operating model.
The role reports to the ISC President, sits on the ISC OU Leadership Team, and represents ISC at the Global Category Table, leading a team of approximately 50–80 across multiple brands.

Master's degree (MBA preferred) from top-tier business school
Early-career experience at top-tier strategy consultancy is an advantage
