Must-have

  • Packaging Engineering degree required
  • 2+ years life sciences packaging experience
  • Knowledge of USP ASTM ISTA ISO standards
  • Human Factors Validation testing expertise
  • Child Resistance/Adult Friendly packaging knowledge
  • cGMP and GLP process understanding

Nice-to-have

  • Solidworks or ArtiosCAD software proficiency
  • Hands-on prototyping experience
  • CPP or CPLP certification preferred
  • Experience in contract manufacturing environment
  • Mentorship and team leadership skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of related industry experience
  • Proficiency in USP, ASTM, ISTA, and ISO guidelines
  • Understanding of cGMP (21 CFR Part 211) and GLP standards
  • Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) or CPLP certification preferred
