  • Lead day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Own and manage HR systems, including Paylocity and Greenhouse (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and proper configuration.
  • Serve as a senior advisor on employee relations matters, including complex and sensitive situations, and partner with Legal to manage risk.
