As a Major Repair Technician at Building Construction Products (BCP) in Desford, you will operate as part of a team within the off-line process responsible for the fitment/rework and test of parts/products to Caterpillar's acceptance standards.
You will be accountable for diagnosing/fixing hydraulic issues, installing root cause corrective actions, and training/coaching new Repair Technicians/Apprentices.
