Job Summary

  • Candidates will contribute to risk analyses such as FMEAs and FTAs while executing life analysis and various reliability demonstration tests.
  • The position requires a hybrid work model where office-based team members must work in-person at least three days per week.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Master's degree in Reliability or Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years experience as systems or reliability engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, GMP
  • Experience with ALT, HALT, HASS, and durability testing
  • Ability to write test protocols using Good Documentation Practices

Nice-to-have

  • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Motivated self-propelling person with determination
  • Cross-functional collaboration with design teams

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Reliability/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-oriented product development
  • Proven track record in quality standards and problem solving
  • Preferred: Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
