Job Summary

  • The Digital Adoption Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating the adoption and commercial success of digital solutions in Molecular Imaging or/and Radiation Oncology.
  • This role is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and managing trials of digital tools and platforms, while driving customer success, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
  • Work closely with Sales & Service Account Managers, Product Specialist and implementation leaders to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into clinical workflows, expand share of wallet within existing accounts, and support margin growth through value-based selling.
