Job Summary
Maintains safety and structure by observing and recording patient information pertinent to the treatment plan and reports information to appropriate staff.
Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide for an on-going assessment of changes in patient status and gathers pertinent patient care data through rounding and patient interaction.
Provides crisis intervention on the unit to maintain safety and responds to facility Code events.

Key Requirements
