Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role on Green Thumb’s People Team, supporting the interpretation, implementation, and execution of People team initiatives, programs, and policies.
This role will provide a mix of remote and on-site HR support and guidance for Illinois retail dispensaries, working closely with teams and leaders to coach, challenge, collaborate, and support them.
Responsibilities include supporting and guiding management on the employee lifecycle process, leading and engaging in projects, handling low-risk employee relations issues, and leveraging data insights to assess and impact business units.
