Must-have
Strong hands-on experience in Java development
Proficiency in Spring Boot framework
Experience developing microservices and REST APIs
Working knowledge of SQL databases
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
Nice-to-have
Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB
Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native apps
Knowledge of Node.js and J2EE web services
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java development experience
Certified Java Developer certification is an advantage
