The ideal candidate will have a background in chemical engineering or related fields, along with experience in data analysis and project management.

Job Summary
Responsible for continuous asset monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization across reliability, SPC, quality, and plant efficiency for the assigned scope.
Lead the identification, stakeholder alignment (during budgeting), and year-long on-target delivery of yearly efficiency improvement projects.
Proactively deploy and manage data-driven optimization tools (e.g., Predict, SPC) and software, monitoring alerts and escalating/closing deviations promptly.
