This job is responsible for developing and achieving clinical service goals for the Department of Pharmacy while maintaining a clinical practice.
Plans, organizes, implements, and controls the clinical pharmacy activities in the Hospital Pharmacy and directs the clinical activities of associates.
Maintains a clinical practice and conducts direct patient care activities by reviewing and evaluating patients' drug/medical history to make recommendations that optimize drug therapy.
