Job Summary

  • The Associate Director, Internal Communications supports the management and advancement of BeOne’s internal communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed, engaged and aligned with the Company’s business priorities, narrative and culture.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, clear and compelling messaging across all global internal channels, and is a key partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, shaping communications that support change, engagement and culture in a fast-paced environment.
