Job Summary

  • FOLX Health provides end-to-end LGBTQIA+ healthcare services virtually and in person, aiming to be the leading platform for community needs.
  • As a FOLX Clinician, you will provide clinical care via telehealth, including gender-affirming care, sexual/reproductive health, primary care, and mental health, through synchronous and asynchronous methods.
