Must-have
Implement shift-left testing
Code automated tests
Integrate into CI/CD pipeline
Create test plans and reports
Review solution documentation
Define user story acceptance criteria
Selenium Webdriver automation framework (Java)
Cypress (Javascript/ Typescript)
Mobile Automation framework
API Testing: Postman, PACT
UI Testing: TestNG, Selenium, Cypress
Nice-to-have
Implement and maintain automation test scripts
Develop and improve automation frameworks
Coach developers on testing skills
Working experience in Banking/finance industry
Key Requirements
7+ years in a software testing role
4 years of automation experience in Web or Mobile and API testing
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies
Manage and deliver test execution
Proficient in using testing frameworks and tools
Experience with Java, Javascript /Typescript
Experience with QTest, JIRA, Confluence
Experience with REST Assured
Capable of conducting testing independently in a cross-functional team
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
