Job Summary

  • This regional role supports CRM and marketing automation solutions across 1690+ POS locations for over 14 beauty brands in 10 APAC markets.
  • The candidate will act as a 2nd or 3rd level support specialist for platforms including Salesforce Service Cloud and Adobe Campaign while managing project lifecycles.
  • Responsibilities include performing root cause analysis on tickets, designing detailed solutions, coordinating with vendors, and facilitating production deployments.
