Job Summary

  • As the Director, Institutional Thought Leadership on the Workplace team, you’ll play a pivotal role in raising awareness of our services by crafting content on a broad range of topics that engage plan sponsors, investment consultants, and recordkeepers.
  • Synthesize internal EFE retirement plan data with external industry trends, data, and insights into well-developed, commercially viable content, owning the process from draft stage to distribution.
  • The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $142,000 - $189,400.
