Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Facility Management/ Services Position Title: Operations Executive Working Location: North - Sungei Kadut (Transport provided from Kranji MRT) Working Hours: 5 days, 7.30am to 6.30pm Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule driver and crew work shifts, ensuring efficient manpower deployment for the next day. Coordinate transportation activities to achieve cost-effective and timely deliveries. Assist in budget planning and cost management. Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, optimizing processes to reduce costs while maintaining adequate stock levels. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement and sales, to align operational activities. Support the development and review of operational plans to enhance work procedures and service quality. Guide teams in handling incidents and emergencies both on the road and on-site. Provide updates on incidents to relevant stakeholders. Assist in addressing and resolving client complaints. Prepare and submit monthly job reports to management. APPLY NOW!!! Min.
