  • The Associate Director, US Reimbursement, Market Access & Health Policy is accountable for developing and executing U.S. reimbursement, coding, and health policy strategies that support sustainable patient access to Impella Heart Recovery therapies.
  • This role serves as a strategic leader across reimbursement policy, clinical trial coverage, and market access—working in close partnership with Field Reimbursement Solutions, Medical Affairs, Strategic Marketing, Health Economics & Data Science, and Commercial teams.
  • Engage with physician societies, coding organizations, and health policy stakeholders to support coding, coverage, and advocacy initiatives.
