Job Summary

• Provide strategic and tactical operational leadership, directing team activities within defined geographic boundaries across multiple client accounts in Mexico.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and timely attention to corrective maintenance generated by each client.
