Job Summary
The Regional Service Manager is responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of all maintenance departments within the region and participate in maintenance systems nationwide.
Develop and implement thorough preventive maintenance program, monitor tracking system for documentation, and implement Gables Preventive Maintenance program for all properties in the region.
Assist and support Service Managers with resources, training, policies, and information, and assist in recruiting for all maintenance positions.

Key Requirements
High school diploma required
Minimum of five years experience as on-site Service Manager
Experience in all phases of electrical, HVAC, boilers, chillers, EMS systems, appliance, turn key, preventive maintenance and repairs
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required
