The CT Technologist operates highly specialized, technical equipment to obtain quality images and works with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients.
Responsibilities include performing IV contrast injections, evaluating and positioning patients, and interpreting information to identify patient needs.
The role requires a graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology, CT registration within one year of hire, and AHA-BLS-HCP certification.
