Job Summary
The HVAC team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.
Complete HVAC tasks as required, identify opportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager, and complete relevant documentation for client invoicing.
Ensuring the HVAC division achieves revenue and margin targets through efficient task completion and accurate record-keeping.

Key Requirements
Trade qualified HVAC Technician

Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms beneficial
