The role requires providing Level 1 & 2 support for point-of-sale systems, desktops, and network infrastructure while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Candidates must be flexible to work late nights and weekends, arriving at least four hours prior to each event to conduct system walk-throughs and hardware replacements.
