Job Summary

  • As a member of the Lifecycle Marketing team, this role will own and strategically guide lifecycle marketing programs to deliver long-term growth through high impact campaigns and journeys spanning the entire lifecycle across email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging.
  • You’ll plan, build, and implement scalable, predictable, and repeatable lifecycle programs that achieve growth targets while improving customer engagement.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally - along with product, engineers, operations, and compliance - to improve engagement through the building out and maturing of our lifecycle marketing engine.

  • High technical competence around data
