Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success
  • Experience with ARR business model
  • Experience with Alliance, MSSP, OEM, Channel or indirect sales models
  • Experience managing SaaS subscription renewals
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
  • Ability to adjust priorities in fast-paced environment
